We're Ashley and Linnea - two best friends turned planners who believe your bachelorette, girls' trip, or birthday bash shouldn't feel like a logistical nightmare. It should feel like popping champagne at golden hour: exciting, beautiful and totally stress-free. 

It all started with a shared obsession for organizing unforgettable moments - from surprise birthday parties, to bachelorette weekends, and week-long travel events -- that we're actually fun to plan. We realized our superpower goes beyond spreadsheets -- it was turning chaos into curated magic.

So we built She Plans Vegas to do exactly that.  

Whether you're hosting a wild weekend on the strip, planning a luxury escape somewhere sun-soaked, need a weekend full of relaxation, or just need someone to make your vision come to life -- we're your girls. 

We mix luxury service with hype-girl energy, creative direction with concierge-level support and just enough sparkle. From digital itinerary design to in-person set-ups and weekend takeovers -- we're here to take the pressure off so you can show up and shine.
