That experience shaped how she approaches planning. She pays attention to timing, expectations, and how decisions land, not just how they look on paper.
She Plans Vegas grew from that mindset. Ashley is passionate about creating experiences that feel intentional rather than overwhelming. She understands how easily a trip can become chaotic, overpriced, or disappointing when no one is truly guiding it.
Her role is about bringing clarity, structure, and ease to moments that matter. So clients can relax, celebrate, and trust that everything is handled with care and good judgment.

Linnea is the creative soul of She Plans Vegas. She brings a natural instinct for events, atmosphere, and how a space should feel when people walk into it. Through years of hands-on experience in high-touch environments, she has developed a sharp understanding of pacing, mood, and the details that turn a night into something memorable.
At She Plans Vegas, Linnea focuses on the visual and experiential side of every celebration. She shapes the overall vibe, helps select venues and settings that align with it, and ensures each moment feels cohesive rather than overproduced.
Her strength lies in reading people and energy quickly. Often understanding the direction a client wants before they can fully articulate it, then translating that feeling into an experience that feels elevated, intentional, and distinctly personal.

She Plans Vegas grew from our shared love of designing unforgettable moments. From surprise birthdays to destination weekends to experiences that needed both creativity and structure, we noticed something early on. Our real strength was turning chaos into something calm, intentional, and memorable.
