We’re Ashley and Linnea, best friends turned planners who believe your bachelorette, birthday bash, or girls’ trip shouldn’t feel like a logistical nightmare. It should feel like popping champagne at golden hour: exciting, beautiful, and totally stress-free.
It all started with our obsession for planning unforgettable moments: surprise birthdays, bachelorette weekends, even week-long adventures, that were actually fun to organize. We realized our superpower goes beyond spreadsheets. It’s taking chaos and turning it into curated magic.

Need an extra bestie for the weekend? Our Hire a Bridesmaid service gives you a dedicated She Plans Vegas girl who steps in wherever you need her. We’ll play the role of honorary bridesmaid; helping with glam, holding the bride’s stuff, keeping the group on time, and being the hype-woman every bride deserves.
