She Plans Vegas is a full-service Vegas planning company designed to take the stress, guesswork, and overwhelm out of planning group trips and celebrations in Las Vegas.

She Plans Vegas was built to make planning Vegas trips and celebrations simple, intentional, and actually enjoyable. Instead of overwhelming you with decisions, we guide you from the very beginning of your trip all the way through the full experience.

Because of our partnerships with hotels and local vendors, many of our planning services are offered in a way that allows us to help you get started at no cost, while also giving you access to curated stays, group accommodations, and trusted Vegas experiences.

Travel Booking

We start by helping you figure out the foundation of your trip.

This includes:

Hotel and suite recommendations based on your group, budget, and vibe
Guidance on where to stay and how to structure your trip
Direction on timing, location, and general planning strategy

This step is designed to eliminate confusion and help you make confident decisions about where your Vegas experience begins. We can book 1 or 100 hotel rooms. It's up to you.

Travel Planning & Support

Custom Itinerary & Experience Planning

Once your stay is established, we help you build out the experience around it.

This includes:

A custom day-by-day itinerary
Tell us where you're staying and we will tell you where the locals are going for dining, nightlife, and activities
Coordination guidance for group travel and scheduling
Flow of the weekend so everything feels intentional and seamless

This includes:

Full event or celebration concept development
Vendor coordination and sourcing
Weddings, bachelorette parties, milestone celebrations

Custom moments built into your trip (surprises, setups, themed experiences)
Full timeline and execution plan for the entire weekend
Groups of 15 or less start at $3500
Groups of 16 or more start at $7500

Signature Weekends

Perfect for women who want a curated, high-touch Vegas experience without lifting a finger. From premium dining to nightlife access, luxury suites, transportation, and custom add-ons, we design weekends that feel effortless, elevated, and completely tailored to your group.

Our services

We used to think the idea of a travel concierge was unnecessary too until we saw what actually becomes possible behind the scenes.

In most cases we are able to secure suites upgraded accommodations and better group options at or near the same pricing you would typically pay for a standard hotel room.
